As a member of our design consultant team, you will
- Receive extensive product training at our Denver corporate headquarters followed by field training in your local market on Stoneside's proven sales process
- Ongoing one-on-one coaching and team collaboration to support your success
- Go on approximately ten appointments per week where you meet with our clients in their homes or office
- Learn about our customer's needs and design preferences
- Develop custom proposals to address their needs and tastes
- Enter our client's orders into our automated system
- Enhanced earning opportunities through self-generated leads
Qualifications and Skills
- A proven track record of sales success
- Passion and talent for interior design
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, drive, and determination
- Full-time availability with the ability to work two Saturdays per month
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current liability car insurance
- Ability to lift a maximum of 35 lbs
- Live within a reasonable distance of the market center
